A glycolic based cleanser. The three-in-one formula removes makeup, balances skin’s pH and gently exfoliates surface cells to reveal smooth, supple skin. We use it before every IMAGE Skincare professional peel to prepare skin for treatment.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of amount paid, if accompanied by a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number issued by the Customer Care Department at 1-855-791-5800. All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Customer Care’s hours of operation are M-F 8:30AM – 6:00PM EST. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.
All return requests for qualified goods with a purchase date greater than 30 days of initial purchase may be returned if there is an expiration date of 1 year or more from the date of the RMA request. Returns for goods with a purchase date greater than 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the actual price paid for the products. All shipping costs associated with an approved RMA are the customer’s responsibility.
IMAGE Skincare does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through IMAGE Skincare directly. All requests for returns or exchanges for products purchased at an authorized IMAGE Skincare partner should be directed to location where purchased. IMAGE Skincare licensed professional partners have their own individual return or exchange policies which are separate from ours. Additionally, if you purchase IMAGE Skincare products from unauthorized websites, retailers or other unauthorized sources, we will not honor returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind.

Returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Electronic correspondence will be sent to the main contact on the account when the return has been processed. For the status of your return please call our Customer Care Department at 1-855-791-5800, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST and have your account number and approve RMA number available for reference.
Image Skincare reserves the right to select the courier at its discretion. Requests for specific shipping methods may be made, but are not guaranteed.
IMAGE Skincare makes every attempt to ship orders within one business day from order receipt and processing by the corporate office. However, during periods of peak demand, orders may take up to three business days to process and dispatch.
Normal order processing and shipping operation hours are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays normally ship the following Monday. Order processing and shipping may be adjusted based on office holiday closures. All office closures are posted on our website at www.imageskincare.com for reference.
IMAGE Skincare utilizes two separate fulfillment centers based in Lantana, FL and in Dallas, TX. Generally, all shipments will reach their destinations within 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipping. Orders generally ship from the fulfillment center closest to the destination. However, in some cases, orders may be split into multiple separate shipments or ship entirely from an alternate fulfilment center. All customers are encouraged to place orders 7-10 business days ahead of when items are needed to ensure timely delivery. Once orders are shipped, tracking information is sent via email with estimated arrival date.
Overnight or expedited orders are offered through FedEx and carry an associated premium cost based on order value. Order processing times apply to all overnight and expedited shipments and, as such, next day or second day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. All orders where overnight or expedited shipping is purchased must be received by our corporate office no later than 12 PM EST M-F to ship the same day, otherwise the order will ship the next available business day.
Orders returned to IMAGE Skincare due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will be charged a second shipping fee for reshipment of the order to the corrected address.
